Stay in Madhopur for 2 nights where you visit Ranthambore National Park;
India’s Famous Tiger Reserve and the beautiful Fort by the same name.
Finish with 2 nights in Jaipur touring the beautiful Palaces of the Mughal and Rajput rulers.

Board your International flight to New Delhi, Capital of India.
We offer departures from most major Cities within the USA and Canada.

Day 2: New Delhi

Upon arrival in Delhi, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.
Canadian and American passport holders require a Tourist Visa to enter India. Visa to be obtained online prior to departure visit www.indianvisaonline.gov.in
Rest of the day at leisure, relaxing in your Hotel.
Overnight in Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi

After breakfast start your journey with a combination tour of panoramic driving and walking visits of Old and New Delhi, some of the highlights are:

  • Jama Masjid Mosque

Built in the year 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and is one of the largest mosques in India.

  • Chandni Chowk

and enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride: The heart of Old Delhi, this is the place to go for the full-on Indian experience of crowded, twisting alleys and tiny shops.

  • Red Fort

This fort built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the year 1648 and houses a number a museums inside.

  • Raj Ghat

This is a memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.

  • The Qutub Minar

73 meters in height is a Mughal milestone and the tallest brick minaret monument in the world.

  • Humayun’s Tomb

This magnificent garden tomb is the first substantial example of Mughal architecture in India. The architecture later inspired the design for the Taj Mahal.
Drive past India Gate, This monument has been built as a memorial for the Indian soldiers who died in World War I.
Drive past President’s House, it is the official residence of the President of India.

Day 4: Delhi – Jaipur

After breakfast at the hotel, travel by road from Delhi to Jaipur.
Upon arrival, check in at your hotel, and take some time to relax.
In the afternoon, visit the Old City’s bazaar by Rickshaw Cycle.
Every lane in the walled city has something interesting to offer, is chaotic, colorful and unique all at the same time.
Overnight in Jaipur.

Activities included today: Travel by road from Delhi to Jaipur, in the afternoon enjoy a rickshaw cycle tour.

Day 5: Jaipur

Breakfast included at the Hotel. Later depart by road to the District of Sawai Madhopur in the northern State of Rajasthan, home to Ranthambore National Park. En route enjoy a visit to:

  • Fatehpur Sikri

An Unesco World Heritage Site, originally the City’s name was Sikrigarh, named Fateh (Victory) after being taken over by Emperor Akbar in the second half of the 16th Century. It is a complex of Royal Palaces, courtyards Mosques and various buildings, this complex is one of the best preserved examples of Mughal architecture in India. Within its walls is the Jama Masjid Mosque one of the largest in India.
Upon arrival in Madhopur check in at your Hotel, Vivanta by Taj – Sawai Madhopur Lodge, the only heritage hotel, is one of the best resorts in Ranthambore. Built over 80 years ago as a hunting stop for the Maharaja of Jaipur. Tents were pitched on the vast grounds and the royal family camped here often.

Day 6: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

After breakfast at the hotel, depart by road to Agra; on the way make stop in:

  • Fatehpur Sikri

An UNESCO World Heritage Site, originally the City’s name was Sikrigarh, named Fateh (Victory) after being taken over by Emperor Akbar in the second half of the 16th Century.
It is a complex of Royal Palaces, courtyards Mosques and various buildings.
It is one of the best preserved examples of Mughal architecture in India.

Day 7: Agra

Breafast at the Hotel. The enjoy Guided Visits to:

  • Taj Mahal

One of the Wonders of the World, built in 1653 of white marble by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. This enchanting Tomb Mausoleum is one of the World’s most admired romantic Monuments of India’s Mughal era.

  • Agra Fort

Built in 1565 this impressive Fort has 2.5 km long of enclosure walls, inside are two beautiful Mosques made of white Marble: the Pearl Mosque and the Nagina Masjid. Imprisoned by his son within the walls of the Fort, Emperor Shah Jahan had a view of this beloved wife’s Mausoleum from a balcony in the Musamman Burj Tower till the time of his dead.

  • Itmad ud Daula

Many historians believe that this monument was Shah Jahan’s inspiration for building the Taj Mahal and is often described as the “petite Taj.”

Day 8: Agra – Jhansi & Jhansi – Orchha – Khajuraho

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the railway station to board the train for Jhansi.
Jhansi is a historic City in the state of Uttar Pradesh; Jhansi serves as the gateway when visiting the Towns of Orchha and Khajuraho; considered the most important of this region known as Bundelkhand.
Upon arrival in Jhansi, depart by road to Khajuraho; en-route visit the Town of Orchha, which is a historic and picturesque village built on the shores of the Betwa River; Its many monuments are a great example of Mughal architecture, such as Orchha Fort, Chaturbhuj Temple and Jhansi Fort.
Upon arrival in Khajuraho, check in at Hotel.
Overnight in Khajuraho.

Day 9: Khajuraho – Varanasi

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the world renowned Khajuraho Temples.
Admire the spirituality and eroticism embellished exquisitely in the architecture.
Dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu, and Jain deities, they are an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Next you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight for Varanasi.
Upon arrival you will be meet by our representative and transferred to your Hotel.
Later join your Guide to explore the city by foot & rickshaw ride.
Varanasi has it all, old winding City alleys, famous Hindu Temples, and colorful Bazaars with bustling markets.
The best way to end an evening in Varanasi is at Dasashwamedh Ghat, where you can witness The Aarti ceremony on the Ganges River.
The riverside Ghats and Temples are lit with oil-lamps and candles creating a magical ambience by the shores of this Holy River.

Day 10: Varanasi

Experience an early morning Boat Ride on the river Ganges to see the bathing ghats and cremation sites.
Next you will visit Viswanath temple also known as the Golden Temple due to its gold plated towers, one of the most famous Hindu temples in the world.
Then you will return to your hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, you will visit Bharat Mata temple which houses a famous relief map of India carved in marble.
You will also visit The Durga temple and the Tulsi Manas temple. Go around the Benares Hindu University; this University was built during the Indian freedom struggle and is known as Oxford of the East.
In the afternoon, you will visit the ancient City of Sarnath: the most important Buddhist center all across the world.
Located 13 km north east of Varanasi, Sarnath is a deer park where Buddha after achieving enlightenment in Bodhgaya, Imparted his first teachings of dharma. Sarnath is regarded as the place where Buddhism found its roots.
