Day 1: Arrival in Cairo – Meet and Assist

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by a private representative and transferred to your luxurious hotel, Four Seasons Nile Plaza. The hotel is located on the banks of the Nile and offers unmatched views and service. You’ll check into your elegantly appointed room, featuring modern amenities and traditional Egyptian décor.

Spend the evening relaxing in your luxurious surroundings or enjoy a sunset stroll along the Nile Corniche.

Day 2: Full Day Tour – Pyramids, Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum
Breakfast: Start your day with a luxurious breakfast buffet at Four Seasons Nile Plaza.
Morning Tour:
The Pyramids of Giza: Begin with a visit to the world-famous Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), the Pyramid of Khafre, and the smaller Pyramid of Menkaure. These awe-inspiring structures were built over 4,500 years ago and are among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Explore the Solar Boat Museum housing the reconstructed solar boat of Pharaoh Khufu.
The Sphinx: Stand in front of the Great Sphinx, the limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh. It is thought to represent Pharaoh Khafre and is one of the most iconic images of ancient Egypt.
Lunch: Enjoy a meal at the Mena House Hotel restaurant, offering a unique view of the Pyramids from its terrace. Savor a mix of international and Egyptian dishes in a historical setting.
Afternoon Tour:
The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM): Visit the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, which houses over 100,000 ancient Egyptian artifacts. The museum is home to the Treasures of Tutankhamun, which include his famous golden mask, chariot, and jewelry. The museum is a modern marvel of design, allowing for an unparalleled experience of Egypt’s history.

Day 3: Full Day Tour – Saqqara, Step Pyramid, Dahshour, and Old Cairo
Breakfast: Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, preparing for another full day of exploration.
Morning Tour:
Old Cairo: Visit Coptic Cairo, home to ancient Christian churches such as the Hanging Church (Saint Virgin Mary Coptic Orthodox Church) and the Coptic Museum, which preserves a rich collection of Christian artifacts from Egypt’s Christian heritage then head to Sakakra.
Saqqara and the Step Pyramid of Djoser: Visit Saqqara, the ancient burial ground for Memphis. Here you will find the Step Pyramid of Djoser, designed by the architect Imhotep around 2670 BCE. This pyramid is considered the world’s first large stone structure and a precursor to the later pyramids at Giza.
Dahshour Pyramids: Continue to Dahshour, where you’ll see two notable pyramids: the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. The Bent Pyramid is unique due to its changing angle, which caused it to “bend” as construction progressed. The Red Pyramid is the first successful smooth-sided pyramid built by Pharaoh Sneferu.
Lunch: Enjoy a traditional Egyptian meal at a local restaurant near Saqqara.
El Moez Street: Walk through the vibrant El Moez Street in Islamic Cairo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This street is lined with medieval Islamic architecture, including historic mosques, madrassas (schools), and caravansaries. It’s a perfect place to explore the fusion of Islamic history with Cairo’s unique urban character.

Day 4: Fly to Luxor – Winter Palace Hotel and City Tour
Breakfast: Breakfast at Four Seasons Nile Plaza before heading to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor.
Upon arrival in Luxor, you’ll be transferred to the historic Winter Palace Hotel. This luxurious 5-star hotel is located on the banks of the Nile, and it has been a royal retreat for over a century. The hotel exudes old-world charm, with stunning views of the river and luxurious interiors.
Lunch: Enjoy a gourmet lunch at the 1886 Restaurant, which blends modern and traditional Egyptian flavors.
Afternoon Tour:
Karnak Temple: Visit Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt and a testament to ancient Egyptian architecture. The temple is dedicated to the god Amun, and you’ll see towering columns, majestic pylons, and intricate hieroglyphs that tell the stories of Egypt’s powerful pharaohs.
Luxor Temple: Afterward, head to Luxor Temple, located in the heart of the city. This grand temple was dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu and features impressive statues, including one of Ramses II, and vast courtyards.

Day 5: Embark on the Nile Cruise – Tour Valley of the Kings – Explore Luxor west bank.
Morning:
After breakfast at the Winter Palace Hotel in Luxor, check out and board the luxurious Aqua Dahabiya for your private Nile cruise. This elegant sailing boat offers a unique, intimate experience on the Nile with spacious cabins, exceptional service, and panoramic views.
Morning Tour:
Valley of the Kings: Begin your exploration with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, the ancient burial site of many pharaohs. Here, you will visit the tombs of Seti I and King Tutankhamun. The tomb of Seti I is renowned for its magnificent artwork and intricate wall carvings, while King Tut’s tomb, although smaller, holds the treasures that made the young pharaoh famous.
Temple of Hatshepsut: Proceed to the Temple of Hatshepsut, a stunning mortuary temple dedicated to Egypt’s most famous female pharaoh. It is a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian architecture, set against the backdrop of towering cliffs.
Colossi of Memnon: Stop to see the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic statues that once guarded the entrance to the Temple of Amenhotep III.
Lunch: Return to the Aqua Dahabiya for lunch on board, where you can enjoy delicious Egyptian and international dishes, prepared with the freshest local ingredients.
Afternoon:
After lunch, enjoy the afternoon at leisure, relaxing on the cruise and soaking in the tranquil views of the Nile. You’ll have time to unwind before dinner.
Evening:
Dinner on board, followed by a free evening to relax or enjoy the serene atmosphere of the river. You’ll stay overnight on the boat, moored near Luxor.

Day 6: Sailing Day – Luxor to Esna
Morning:
After breakfast on board, the boat will set sail toward Esna, passing through the Esna Lock. The lock is an important part of the Nile River’s navigation system and is a unique experience.
Arrival in Esna:
Once through the lock, the boat will dock near one of the islands along the river. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the nearby village, experiencing local life and culture. The tour guide will assist in organizing a walking tour of the area.
Lunch: On board the Aqua Dahabiya while you continue to sail towards the next destination.
Afternoon:
Esna Temple: meet your guide to start a tour to one of the Greeco Roman temples, dedicated to goddess Nieth the, with amazing colors left on the wall then
Then enjoy exploring the village or relaxing on the boat. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the peaceful scenery and take in the rich landscape of the Nile.
Evening:
Dinner on board, followed by a free evening to relax and enjoy the quiet beauty of the Nile as you overnight aboard the cruise.

Day 7: Sailing Day – Edfu and Gabal El Silsila
After breakfast, the boat will continue its journey, making two significant stops:
Edfu Temple: Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. The temple is dedicated to the god Horus and features grand pylons, massive columns, and intricate carvings that tell the story of the god’s battle with Seth, his uncle and enemy.
Lunch: Return to the boat for lunch while you continue sailing along the Nile.
Afternoon:
Gabal El Silsila: Next, you will visit the Gabal El Silsila Temple, an ancient sandstone quarry site. The area is known for its rock-cut temples, particularly those of the New Kingdom pharaohs, as well as the inscriptions left by ancient workers.
Evening:
The boat will dock near an island, and you will have a relaxing evening on board. Dinner will be served, and you can unwind after the day’s exploration.

Day 8: Sailing Day – Kom Ombo and Aswan
Morning
After breakfast, the boat will sail to Kom Ombo:
Kom Ombo Temple: Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, a unique double temple dedicated to the gods Sobek (the crocodile god) and Horus (the falcon god). The temple’s symmetry and stunning location on the Nile make it a must-see attraction.
Lunch: Enjoy lunch on board as you continue your cruise towards Aswan.

The boat will sail to Aswan, where you can enjoy the leisurely afternoon with the option to relax on board, take in the scenic views, or explore the local surroundings.
Evening:
In the evening, the cruise will host a Galabia Party. Guests can enjoy a festive evening with traditional Egyptian music, dance, and a delicious Egyptian meal. It’s a chance to wear traditional Galabia attire and enjoy local dishes.

Day 9: Aswan – High Dam, Philae Temple, Belly Dance Show
Morning:
After breakfast, disembark for a morning tour of Aswan:
Aswan High Dam: Begin with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, a modern marvel of engineering that controls the flow of the Nile. The dam has significantly altered the region’s agricultural and economic landscape and is essential to Egypt’s water and power supply.
Philae Temple: Visit Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple was relocated to its current island after the construction of the High Dam, and it remains one of Egypt’s most picturesque sites, with its impressive columns and intricate carvings.
Lunch: Return to the Aqua Dahabiya for lunch on board.
Afternoon:
The afternoon will be free to relax on the boat or enjoy optional activities in Aswan. You may wish to visit the Nubian Museum or enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the Nile to see the local islands.
Evening:
The evening will feature a Belly Dance Show on board the cruise, allowing you to experience traditional Egyptian dance and entertainment after dinner.

Day 10: Flight to Abu Simbel – Check-in at Old Cataract Hotel
Morning:
After breakfast, check out from the Aqua Dahabiya and transfer to Aswan Airport for a morning flight to Abu Simbel.
Abu Simbel Temples: Visit the iconic Abu Simbel Temples, built by Pharaoh Ramses II. The temples were carved into the mountainside and feature massive statues of Ramses II. The Great Temple of Ramses II and the smaller Temple of Nefertari are both stunning in their scale and artistry.
Lunch: After the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or hotel in Abu Simbel.
Afternoon:
Fly back to Aswan and check into the luxurious Old Cataract Hotel. This historic hotel offers breathtaking views of the Nile and the surrounding landscape. Spend the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the hotel’s amenities.
Evening:
Dinner at the hotel, followed by a free evening to enjoy the serene surroundings.

Day 11: Flight to Cairo – Fly back home.
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Cairo for check-in.
